    Facial Assymetry

    Hi,

    How are you?

This is Manjeet age 31 from India. First of all i must say that you are doing a great job. I have seen some of your videos and some of people who benefited from these exercises.

My problem is same too, i have very asymmetrical face, i think its from my childhood. When i see in the mirror i can feel this that how asymmetrical is this. Its round in shape, specially right side look bigger than the left. I feel scared to take pictures cause i look so ugly. I avoid going to parties and functions. I am feeling tensed and upset cause soon in few months i m getting married but before that i wish i could get back somehow my face in shape. I thought of cosmetic surgery but its too expensive and out of my reach then i saw your ads in internet which make me feel that maybe i can get my face back in symmetrical shape with exercises you suggest. One thing i m not getting is that what exercises should i follow cause u have so many and are for different purposes.

It can have any side effects???

Waiting for your kind reply ..!!

    Thanks and kind regards,
    Manjeet

      Hi Manjeet,

I am so sorry to hear of your suffering, and that this has prevented you from being able to socialise and interfering with your happiness.

I hope I can help. Firstly remember that our faces look much more asymmetrical in the mirror and in photos than in real life, and most people don’t notice what we notice about ourselves, even though they seem like HUGE problems!

Secondly, I suggest changing the salt in your diet to rock or sea salt, because table salt can increase water retention making our faces look puffier.

Thirdly, my best advice is to smiling more widely on the asymmetrical side of your face, so that the side of your eye creases. Try chewing and generally using the bigger side of your face more.

Fourthly, try to experiment in the mirror with different facial expressions. God gave you internal wisdom, so use it, and see what works for you. Keep trying the ones the give temporary relief, because they should give permanent relief if you keep doing them.

Lastly, I know looks can really lower your confidence if you’re unhappy about them, but try to build up your confidence through bettering your soul before you get married, because your wife should love you for your soul. Do things that make you happy and don’t stress so much about the external appearances.

      Please keep in touch.

P.s. I didn’t have any bad side effects, only positive results…but it took me a lot of perseverance and patience!
